Excellent service and location to O’Hare
We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options—perfect for starting the day. Staying at a hotel near O’Hare the night before our flight was the best decision. ✈️ The location was super close to the airport and easy to find, making travel stress-free. Parking was simple, and the park-and-fly option made leaving the car during our trip convenient and affordable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being so close to the runways. Great hotel, clean & affordable. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t check until midnight, after a slight issue with the blinds, we were able to change rooms to ensure we could sleep in without sunlight blaring in. Breakfast was included, food was plentiful & a fabulous start to the day. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Location great near airport & free parking for rental car. Highly recommend
One of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service. I called several times, along with 3 follow up emails regarding booking a conference room over the course of a week with no response. Will not be considering them for any type of meeting space in the future.
