After they got my CC number they charged me an additional $25 for no reason. I was staying on behalf of work, so I will not be compensated by employer. These hotels are scams.
Checked in around 630pm and was told the room i reserved was no longer available. Was offered a lesser room which i had no choice but to accept. No explanation was given and no effort was made to compensate the overbooking/incompetence. Was given keycards to the room. Entered the room which was filthy, literally. The place was clean, and the AC worked well. The service was lousy, the breakfast was subpar even for this level of hotel, and the indoor pool was purposely kept so cold that it was unusable.
Above average overall. Stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was nice. Housekeeping skipped us one of the days.
Noisy like spending the night in an apartment building. Breakfast was slightly warm at best, cold coffee breakfast staff got upset because I asked if had any hot coffee. Next time will stay somewhere else
