On June 15, 2025, our electricity had been out 5 hours. We had 5 grandchildren staying us for Vacation Bible School at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church here in Pflugerville. At 11:15 pm I decided to get a room at our Holiday Inn. Alexis gave me great, excellent customer service. She guided me through the points/cash system. She was going to take care of us and then as I submitted my reservations, 10 seconds later my wife called me and said the electricity was back on. Thank God that Alexis was helping us.
