Excellent stay! Stayed 3 nights with my husband and granddaughter. We were in town to see any ice hockey game. It's along the Fox River, close to amenities. Safe, clean neughborhood.. The rooms were quite clean. Beds were comfortable. Service was beyond excellent. Andrew, behind the front desk was stellar with his hospitality. He was most helpful. Terrifying check in. Drove in from Riverside CA - upon arriving for a business event was told I had no reservation and would need to pay $168.35 a night for a room. No one else in our 10 person crew had any problems and after multiple phone calls and a 30 minute wait the front desk clerk says " I found it". This was my first time in Aurora and I will never go back. Horrible hotel! Horrible location - police everywhere. Avoid this front desk calamity! Stay away!!!!!!!

The front desk attendant, Andrew, is so very nice and accommodating! My room was on the first floor. The room was very clean. Great location. Quiet even though right ext to the train tracks. There was no turkey sausage for breakfast! This was very disappointing because it’s one of the reasons why I stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Bring the turkey sausage back, please!!! Other than that, my hotel stay was great!
