Overall, the hotel was pretty good. Many of the issues we encountered were not due to the facility, but the lack of parenting of the children around us. It is our understanding that this was also the cause of the fire alarm at 3:45 a.m. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff I spoke to were very kind. The two issues we encountered that resulted in the 4 star rating were the lack of sheets and the shower head. The shower head did not spray out very well and clearly needed a deep clean as it appeared blocked. Our room ... read more
Middle of no where but still a good IHG hotel beds where good a little hard but a few nights in and you get what you came for.
