Very close to Atlanta Airport.
Absolutely do not use this hotel for shuttle service. This evening , I’ve waited an hour for a shuttle just to be told there is only one driver. There are at least 30 people waiting for the same shuttle.
Room was great, clean with all the amenities needed for a good stay. Coming from Texas, not used to paying for parking ($10 for the night). Did not eat, but comes with breakfast.
Awful experience. When I walked in just before midnight after being on the road for 12 hours, I stood at the front desk while I listened to the two women have a personal conversation for 5 minutes before coming out to treat me poorly. Everyone I interacted with had a poor customer service mindset, acted like I was bothering them with my existence and need for a hotel room.
