Great room remodel including well appointed bathroom, though small. Air conditioning was excellent, bed comfy, good pillows which are hard to find in most hotels The downside was a terrible ODOR in the guest room, almost intolerable. Secondly, the checking took 20 min because their computer system was an issue and we still had to wait even though the room card was preprogrammed and sitting right on the desk. This was my second stay here, but the odor will have me looking elsewhere.
It used to be my go-to-place whenever I come to Annapolis to see my Midshipmen son. It had been conveniently located and cleanly maintained with kind staffs all the time. And they always served good breakfast. But my current visit was such a disappointment especially for the complementary breakfast. They don't have separately packaged milks anymore. Black mold in tub and sink and faucet broken. No trash cans in the building. I will not stay at this one again. Just the mold alo e us discussting
The property is ok. Not bad, not good. Service is adequate. What I am tired of is the $50 fee for incidentals. There are no incidentals at Express properties. This is only a scam. Everyone here checks in, gives them $50, they short term deposit the money, making interest on our money. Then I have to make sure the money is returned. Time on my part, cost to me, all for their profit. Should be illegal. They already have the credit card, they don't need a fee. I'll know better than to stay here if there is a next time.
I had an absolutely amazing experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, Jayden Stough at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Although my reservation was initially linked to the wrong IHG Rewards number, Jayden quickly and efficiently resolved the issue with patience and professionalism.
