“you pay for the room not amenities” Pablo the manager didn’t even try to make it right with the customer 👎 anyways u got pool water all cloudy and murky, management needs some work.
WILL NEVER stay here again. lady at front desk was nice as can be. got a room for the night get into the room it was a conjoined room with people next door partying. get moved another room to another conjoined room to then find a blanket with a huge PEE stain in the comforter. get moved another room and then everything was good.

We had a really nice experience when we visited. We were greeted by Json with kindness and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.
