Was told I couldn’t have a receipt because they were slid under the door. Justin in fact did not even print them. Do better
This is the best Holiday Inn Express! The provided snacks, fresh cookies, and bottled water is a great touch after a long drive. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and hard-boiled eggs. The freshly ground coffee in the machine is extraordinary. The room was clean and comfortable. Jenn was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay in Albany Holiday Inn Express again!
