Not loving that I couldn't get even an extra half an hour after the 11 am checkout, as a courtesy with my membership. I rushed out and now have to find somewhere else to do my hair and makeup. What's the point of a membership... Morning is off to an inconvenient start. I would stay somewhere with better customer service next time.
This hotel will steal your money. They will lie to IHG corporate. And tell them they gave you your back when they really didn’t. IHG will believe them and tell you they’re looking into it. I’ve been trying to get my money back since June. Still have nothing. Still no help from IHG. Not even points for the way I was treated. Canceled my IHG membership. Which I’m sure no one cares.
