Chose this hotel for a budget friendly option for our son’s soccer tournament. Should have had a better expectation of what you pay for is what you get. Air conditioning unit was broken. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Told us there were no rooms for us to move to (not true as there was availability online). Wonderful place with a comfortable bed and great shower. The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast was delicious.
Shocking situation at this hotel. Terrible customer service from front desk and management. Here is the situation: There was a plain black unmarked cylinder on the bathroom vanity. I thought it was an ice bucket when in fact a worker had left an open paint can (no lid) by mistake. I put a flat iron and some hair brushes in the bucket and when I took them out they had paint on them. I reported it to the front desk. They came to clean it up and take pictures. We needed a quick stay for one night and this hotel fit the bill. The staff was friendly and hotel was as expected.
