Poorly run hotel. Awful customer service. Abysmally managed. Do not recommend a stay at this location.
Room was clean and nice. I booked a king but was giving 2 doubles but the gentleman at the desk quickly switched it and was super polite and kind. However, 9am the housekeepers were right outside our door for 20 minutes laughing and making a ton of noise, (please fix the squeaking door next to room 400)! Then the housekeeper just opened our door and came in! While we were still sleeping, or trying to. No care to the fa t that check out is 12pm not 9am!! I initially dealt with Jasmin over the phone, both times I called prior to my trip. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient in answering my questions. By the time I made it there, I felt welcomed confident my stay was going to be a good one.
