The staff were excellent. Super friendly. There were many options for breakfast, it was hot and well kept. However, our room was not clean. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, and a ring in the toilet meaning it had not been cleaned in a while. It was late and we had already been switched from another room bc the tv wasn't working, so we just cleaned it. This location would not be my top choices ce when I return
DO NOT STAY HERE!! My room was so disgusting it was absolutely unacceptable — mold was in the shower along with hair and other dirt. The room smelled like mold/ mildew upon walking in. I got switched to another room and told I would be compensated due to how terrible the situation was (manager was called right away, room was blocked off, I heard all the staff talking about it), but the general manager was so rude on the phone and denied my promised compensation.
