NOT FREE BREAKFAST!!!!! Just a drink and packaged sweet. Construction everywhere. Elevator not always working. Sad
One of the worst holiday inn we’ve ever been to, never coming back. There’s zero parking spot. Their tiny parking space is getting renovated but they failed to communicate this to guests beforehand. Risk for accidents in their tiny unorganized parking slots. Communication is terrible between reservation and front desk. The rooms are all TINY. Good for a couple or single occupancy. This appears to be a Hotel Indigo in transition to a HI Express, as such the breakfast option that I am used to obtaining wasn't available. The parking garage spaces were a little tight, but at least on property parking is an option.
It was a very nice room & close to the doctor appointments I had. I did like that there was an underground parking garage and it was within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Web site isn't totally accurate though. It did say full breakfast but all you got was a pastry & coffee.
