Rooms were beautiful and clean but for some reason the hallways smelled like raw sewage. The smell seeped into our room in the middle of the night, so that was unfortunate. Unlikely to return.
This was a great hotel. Rooms were stylish and comfortable. Location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also couldn’t be happier with Faith on reception who was very friendly and went above and beyond in ensuring we had the best stay!
First of all I was a little scared when I saw the reviews but it was so clean (yes we pulled back the sheets and looked at mattress like other reviews said) everything was freshly bleached . Rooms are normal hotel size -some said they were small. Staff was nice and accommodating. Location is top tier. Thank you for a good evening
Had an amazing stay! Every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Really nice coffee and breakfast bar with great selections. Room was beautiful and inviting.
I got to the hotel after midnight, front desk was very nice. The parking situation isn't great (under construction), luckily there was street parking right out front and no charge on the weekend. The lady at the front desk was nice. The hotel was very clean, and my room was nice and very comfortable. Ive stayed at a few hotels in STL and this is now on my list to go back. They have a legit coffee shop in the lobby, which had good coffee/ pastries/ breakfast sandwiches. So that was definitely one of the reasons to stay there ... read more
