Nice clean hotel with standard IHG free breakfast. Close to interstate so depending on where your room is you can hear trucks coming through at night. Apparently the luggage carts communicate somehow?
I've been an IHG member for years. I've become dissatisfied with the rooms , weak flushing toilets and fewer amenities under the guise of the environment.
The only problem we had, it was advertised as a heated pool and it was cold. Limited fitness room and some didn’t work.
drove into Somerset, Pennsylvania and stopped at the Holiday Inn express went to ask about availability of a room with pet front desk manager. John was extremely rude and very nasty hateful type person that said we don’t have pets here go to Hampton Inn or another place. I asked what his name was. He said his name was John. I said John you have a nice day. How can someone be so nasty over just telling me they don’t take pets someone train your front desk managers to reword their personalities.
