Erica was simply amazing!!! Her attitude, both professional and warm, was so welcoming and appreciated. She went above and beyond to help us with some requests, and was overall charming and sweet. Your hotel is very lucky to have her!!!!
Holiday Inn Express is typically a reliably clean and pleasant hotel experience - but not this establishment. The building itself is showing it’s age: scuffed walls, dated interior, and “hotel” odor. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry everything up the stairs and were greeted with a diaper in the stairwell that was never picked up, and a former guest’s hairs left in our shower. Loved that I couldn't hear the next door guest. The prices at least on the weekdays are pretty decent. Right off the highway which is pretty convenient for me.
