This was not a good experience apon arrival they attempt to charge us a parking fee but my sisters were visiting us briefly and we asked if they could park at the hotel for a few hours and they said no we have a public parking lot behind we explain to them that we were not comfortable with that because on new years at another public parking lot someone else broke into on of our cars and stole stuff so that’s why we requested that they park in the hotel with my mom they did not care also on top of this the Horus was broken so... read more
Very old and simple hotel with negligent housekeeping. I paid $1400 for 3 nights for a conference nearby, but the hotel is $100/night at best. Expect a bed and not much else. The light will also seep through early morning through the presumably black out shades because they have holes and openings on the side. First day - my room wasn’t cleaned. A very nice hotel for the money. My room was spacious and clean, the front desk was nice and accommodating and the breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed the fact that there were biscuits and gravy.
You should really tell people if the hot tub isn’t working before getting checked in and paying a deposit. I literally would’ve changed my hotel .
