Beds are very comfortable, breakfast was good. The attendant at breakfast station was spectacular. You can tell he enjoys his job, everything was taken care of and stocked neatly and available. Coffee machines have more than just coffee! Enjoyed our stay.
One of the best Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at. I was upgraded to a suite for being a Platinum Elite. Room was clean, location was convenient, and parking was very easy. Everyone from the front desk (special shoutout to Scout for making us feel right at home) to housekeeping was kind and helpful. Would definitely come back. Thanks!
The room was clean and in great shape. Staff was friendly and happy to answer questions. It was a short drive to downtown Newport and a great option.
