Decent breakfast spread - better than I expected
Great room -- quite large, very modern, refrigerator, microwave. etc. -- free Internet, pool and spacious free parking. Staff is courteous but not really needed after speedy check-in. The hotel is near many great restaurants but a drive from Hartford.
Elevators not working . Waiting for room service since 11 & it’s 2 now. I spoke to the guy at the front desk 3 hours but he never sent them. Slow WiFi. Bathroom stinks. Thinnest walls. You constantly hear doors closing & neighbors who sound like they r dying and housekeeping going at it. Bathroom is locked & they r taking forever to unlock it. I checked in at 3 & it’s still locked at 3:33pm. I asked to change rooms but front desk seems too slow to do it
