The front desk staff was friendly. The ice machines did not work and we were at a tournament so that was troubling. The breakfast was good. The gym was ok but the chest press machine couldn’t be used as the pin did not align with the holes.I did manage to get 2 solid workouts in. Everything was clean. Our corner room was big but the road noise was loud lots of noise from motorcycles and trucks all night. They did run out of towels which again was troubling. Right off the bat, the staff was decent. Some are very rude somewhere. Nice, I entered the room and immediately a very nice atmosphere the tvs were modern and good tons of space I had a 2 bed room they were very comfortable but I started to notice issues the housekeeping is very lazy compared to other hotels all they do is change the bed and don't clean (varys) their where days I didn't see housekeeping for 2 days and I did not have my do not disturb sign up all those days very shocked and annoyed do to all the trash pile up... read more
Allowed people to party in the parking lot and the pool - drinks, smokes, radio, and grill - well into the early morning for 2 of our 3 nights. My 96 year old aunt wet the bed and they charged us $100 to "replace the mattress". That's humiliating already and then to be fined for having an accident is wild. You cannot have possibly replaced a mattress for $100, and it was covered in a protector anyway. Wholly unacceptable experience.
