Wir sind vier Frauen in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer und es hat wenig Platz, die Badezimmer Tür klemmt. Der Aufzug ist viel zu unorganisiert und teilweise außer betreib d.h man muss so gut wie immer laufen, der Frühstück Saal ist viel zu klein für viel zu viele Gäste, die Proportionen stimmen nicht.
O Hotel está há dias com apenas um elevador funcionando, e para entrar e sair do quarto está muito difícil, a espera pelo elevador chega a 20 minutos, e ele desce com super lotação que é perigoso Tive que descer 27 andares de escada, e vou ficar hospedada nessas condições por 10 dias. Eles se negam a trocar o quarto, porque continuam vendendo hospedagem nessas condições e não tem disponibilidade de outro quarto. O concerto do elevador a recepção informou que irá ser em 1 semana.
The worst hotel we've ever stayed at!!! This is not a 3 stars hotel but a 1-2 stars. ☹️Good location but that's about it! Very small rooms intended for one person, they squeezed two beds in there, very strong AC that could not be turned down or off, we had to cover it with stuff as it was not fixed as we were told, my kids got sick! No room to put clothes in the wardrobe or to move around the room.
