I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the front desk staff. I had the pleasure of meeting two remarkable individuals, Anthony and Tiffany. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had clean towels and radiated positivity throughout our stay, despite the pool being closed. Their exceptional service made our experience enjoyable, and I would absolutely bring my family back here in the future. Thank you!
Awful experience. Spent 3 months fighting to get back my 200$. Finally got it back after being wrongfully charged for a late cancellation that wasn’t late and was actually cancelled months before arrival.
Had a few issues that I won’t get into, I went to the front desk and the manager on staff (special shout out to Angela) was very professional and not only mad up for it but went beyond as a manger should, would stay again!
This is a nice, clean, newer hotel in Southern Indiana. My stay provided me a nice, quiet room, and very clean facilities. The breakfast was very complete and very good! If you are in the New Albany area you cannot go wrong staying here.
The room was very clean breakfast was good and Tiffany was very professional and had a beautiful smile with greeting me and my family. As soon as we walked in to the front door, I’d have to say she’s a very generous woman and always made to attempt to ask how our day was when we walked by Holiday Inn express Tiffany is a keeper.
