Stayed there for a three days for company business. Had my company truck tag swap out with different tag. Had to call the pd to do a police report. Good thing I didn't have anything valuable in the truck. I love holiday inn express no matter where I travel for personal or business but won't be staying hear next time
The customs service was terrible from the manager M Ray. I would not stay there again.
I love this hotel and is always my go to when im visiting my family. Rooms are great as well as house keeping and breakfast. Only issue is with front desk. I do come to Nashville and always choose this spot since its a convenient location for me. Most front desk people are very welcoming and understanding and helpful, but there is a few that give me dirty looks as well as rude and unhelpful when trying to resolve certain issues.
