While the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, several issues during my stay fell below IHG standards. The room had a loud AC, lukewarm shower water that never got hot, a broken soap/shampoo dispenser left on the shower floor, and a loose fridge seal. A small roach was also seen near the microwave, and housekeeping failed to replace the shower mat on Saturday. Breakfast service was disappointing. I wanted to give a special thanks to TIERRAH❤️ I checked in last night. My wife and I were so tired and such a rough day. I have stage 4 colon cancer and I’m currently doing treatment here. We passed by the Holiday Inn express, ( typically great place to stay) really expensive. I spoke with TIERRAH when when booking.
