I stayed there last weekend and my room was more cleaner during the weekend....it's crazy because none of the other housekeepers understood me which I think is bad for the business but a girl name Ashley shaw was very nice and helpful and did my room with out me saying anything...she was patient and understood what I wanted and they she have more like her on the team!!!
Cacaroches everywhere please stay away from this hotel …
Pésimo servicio desde que llege las cucarachas no dejaban de salir fui y lo hablé con la encargada de enfrente y me dijo que quería que hiciera? le comenté que si abría alguna posibilidad de que nos cambiara de cuarto y bastante grosera nos dijo que no!!!!! no se si era por que nosotros somos hispanos y su trato era bastante cortante y altanero pero se sintió como un trato (RACISTA) y no estuvo en ninguna disposición de ayudar totalmente no recomiendo este lugar para nadaaaaaaaaa
Nasty hotel room was full of roaches and nasty front desk was awful
being an diamond member and requested an early check in still didn't get room till after 4 pm. lock messed up and then evening tried to open side door to get and door doesn't work so walk all the way round to get in. then heard construction workers working till past 7 pm and that was very annoying as well well not come back
