This Holiday Inn Express is great! From the front desk staff and breakfast personnel, all are pleasant, polite and accommodating to all needs. The facility is clean and well-kept. I recommend staying at this facility.

Booked a room for 2 days stayed in room 215 the ac unit started to smell musky and moldy upon looking at the ac unit it had mold and the filter was clogged so I went downstairs to the front to notify them and the guy said to me that their is nothing that he can do for tonight and the he would notify his boss about this matter,so I am forced to sleep on a hard floor because of the smell that is coming out from the unit. We do a lot of traveling, checked in at Holiday Inn Express in Johnson City Tennessee. We found the staff at the front desk , kind of, knowledgeable and professional. The building and the interior design was impeccable. Clean and organized . The price was excellent .We felt at home right away . For these reasons I assigned a 5 Star status on this review .
