Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice and polite.

I arrived at 7:30 pm on a Saturday.Due to a brain tumor I made a mistake with the check in /check out date when I booked my room. I was charged for the room and they most likely rented the room out and collected a second rental rate for the same night. They said they could put in a room with an additional charge. I was visibly upset and expressed that I would have to drive home 4 hours in the dark alone. There was no offer to help me with a discount or any type of an offer despite my circumstances. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife and I stayed here for four nights. On the first night, we found blood on our wall. We went to the front desk who offered to clean it, but we said that we would do it ourselves. On the second night, we found ants by the microwave and coffee machine, just a bunch of little baby ants, crawling all on the walls. At this point, we asked to switch rooms. Great hotel. Super convenient location for what we needed, great food right across the lake, and every single staff member we interacted with was awesome. I'm not sure how old the hotel is but it felt like it was brand new. Very pleased!
