I had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express on 1/25, especially during the winter storm. Nann, who was new, went above and beyond to assist me. I initially asked for a room change because it was near the elevator, and she took the time to explain that it was actually one of the best rooms on the property and that the hotel was completely sold out.She was patient, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of despite the challenging conditions. Prior to this stay, I spent two days at the Hilton Tru. However, after just one night at this Holiday Inn, the quality of service, kindness, cleanliness, and professionalism shown by Nickie and Michael went far beyond a five-star rating.
