I come here once a year on business and this is where I love to stay. The people are very friendly and the rooms are fine. The coffee though...maybe opt for Starbucks across the street. Also be sure to check out the Graceful Goose Mercantile right behind the furniture mart, which is directly beside the hotel. Trust me on that!

Me and my husband were on our way to Bryson City to celebrate his birthday and we ended up having car troubles and were stranded until the next day due to most auto parts stores being closed. We walked into this hotel and Tara greeted us and got us into a room quickly. She was such a breath of fresh air during a stressful situation. The room was clean, coffee was good & the breakfast was good the next morning as well. I also appreciated the fact there was a security guard on duty too.

Convenient, nice accommodations. A little difficult to see from the main road, especially when using GPS. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room AC, mattress, pillows, bathroom all exceeded expectations. Very comfortable, quiet, and we all had restful nights
