On Saturday night our room smelled like smoke and the sheets were damp so we had to use our own bedding but the people who worked that night were great service. Sunday morning, the maid woke us up at 9am telling us that it’s check out even though regular check out is at 11 and we scheduled a late check out as well. We also had a sign on the door. Pros: Nice little hotel. Rooms clean which is a bonus. Breakfast in Am. Free parking. Cons: Train runs behind there day and night - more so in night… sometimes blaring the horn. Mattresses are soft but find yourself tossing and turning for comfort. Noisy hallways with kids yelling at night
Awesome hotel- very neat and clean
Very reasonable compared to resort hotels newly remodeled . Places to eat very close by . Kids loved the pool .
I had a terrible timing checking in at the Holiday Inn Express due to awful management. I had added him to my reservation online and also called the property and when we got there, the manager had issues when checking in because I wasn’t there. My son‘s name was removed from the reservation.I asked the manager to adjust my reservation so I could have my son check in before me I add him prior but he was incredibly rude, refused to help, and completely messed up my booking instead.
