Pictures must have been from a while ago. Carpets throughout were stained and dirty looking Front desk employees and maid staff, with one exception, were fantastic and helpful. Requested a non-pet room and on top floor due to autism son with allergies. They gave us middle level at end of hallway by stairway so noisy with door slamming most of the night. Son was sneezing like crazy until we had them change the bedspread so not sure if they put pets in any and all rooms instead of just reserving the first floor for that nonsen... read more

Everything was clean in and ordered when we arrived. They had a really nice breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety to choose from.
On a road trip to Keeseville NY. Decided to make a stop at this hotel. Room 219 8/19/25 whoever cleaned that room did a great job. Cuban guy at checking was very professional and very helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Smells divine as soon as I walked inside. Rooms were spotless. Only gripe is laundry is $2 and dryer is $2 separate, should be free considering the room rate
