I stopped in this hotel for a one night stop on a recent trip. I experienced no issues when I was there and it was an above average Holiday Inn Express. A few minor things reduced the rating by one star. This was built with only one elevator. I always fine that this is a problem on these properties especially when there is a lot of movement in the AM. The breakfast was OK and typical fare for a HIE. The hot food seemed slightly lacking in quality but it was edible. I would defiantly stay there again if I was in the area.
I liked fast Internet/wifi. Clocked on my Macbook in the lobby: 78mbps up / 89mbps down, 11ms ping, 0% loss. Also, the quality of decaf coffee from the machine was great. Not great was the A/C noise (why not use ductless split in a relatively new build?), the fridge noise, and the fact that you can't open windows to get fresh air.
