Very clean and everything we needed.
Great location, gross rooms with wet rugs/ floors. Smells like a wet gym locker room. Elevator is super hot, but that's a short ride. Front desk seems very disinterested in anything. Back turned upon check in to continue doing whatever they were doing while we stood there. And re entry, back turned while on the phone. Stayed with points, but its probably time to retire my IHG card, and stick with Marriott. If you need convenience and care about nothing else, this is the place for you.
A terrible stay. We were there for 2 nights and both nights were awful. A wedding party had booked many rooms and basically took over the hotel - and not in a good way. Kids running in the hallway after midnight, totally unsupervised. Adults yelling in the hall at 2 a.m. Doors slamming. I called the front desk 2x but nothing changed. Continual stomping, yelling, slamming until after 3 a.m. Our friends were on the 1st and 3rd floors. They had similar experiences. We won't be returning. Terrible, terrible experience.
