Great location. 9th of March 2026... 73 outside at 545pm... lake/river directly behind the hotel is frozen over! Sun going down... beautiful! The check in frontbdesk was friendly and professional as well. I had a room reserved and paid for prior to showing up. Check in was fast. Breakfast for all, 630am-930am everyday. Gym, pool, sitting area. Nice hotel.
Worst stay at a hotel. Ever. Room 212 has a heating unit that sounds like a lawn mower, has a window that is covered by the front entrance awning, and is located next to the ice maker. I don’t seek out special treatment as a club member but as they made a point to thank me at check-in for being a member of their club, why then give me an awful room? It was quiet and very clean. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was solid. The indoor pool is on the smaller side, but it’s safe and perfect for kids to burn off some energy. There’s a Taco Bell, Burger King, and Stop & Shop nearby, and it’s about a 20-minute drive to Wayne Mall. We like going there for Chinese food at Chengdu 23 , definitely the best in the area. Room was clean and recently remodeled. Housekeeping was adequate although kept forgetting to replace the liner for the ice bucket. Pool area was clean and warm. Included breakfast was actually pretty darn good for a morning buffet style breakfast. It was hot and well attended to. Thanks to the food server staff. All on all a good experience.
Great checkin, very nice breakfast and beautiful pool and gym. Guest services are extremely pleasant and helpful
