Very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold selection.
The main thing is that the carpet in the room needs to be updated and / or cleaned out. Or it might be an AC unit needing maintenance. Odor is pretty intense as you walk in. First impression well not good. For an IHG hotel. Bed and shower are acceptable.
Our room was very clean and with no weird odor. The staff folks are very polite. As an IHG member, I’ve been in many Holiday Inn hotels and the breakfast of this one, for me, it was better by far. We definitely will stay here again.
