Wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Quick drive to downtown Columbus, but far enough away to be quiet and out of the way. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were up to date and clean / well taken care off. Solid breakfast options. Pool and fitness room were nice. Lots of parking. Would happily stay here again.

We arrived after a long day of driving, looking for a clean bed and comfort. The room we were offered looked like someone had been in it earlier in the day The toilet lid up and bowl dirty. Public hairs dancing around the bathroom and check out how the bed and towels were stored. When is asked the front desk about it and requested another room the response was, “oh your room was cleaned, just not very good”. I’m just going to start saying we picked this hotel because of all the amazing reviews. We had prepaid the room and got charged again by mistake. They told us it didn’t go through, but the next morning I had to call the hotel (after checkout) because it was deducted from our account. It’s now back to “pending” on our account.
