Needed pet friendly and they were one of the few options. Lowest grade and the most premium prices. Breakfast was sad and very small. Supplied coffee machine in breakfast area was tiny, slow and put out the smallest amount of coffee I've seen in awhile. Had quite the lineup just for that.
Called and booked head of time best explained about booking I ever experienced motel had it perfect when I walked in and said my name motel very clean and friendly quiet and relaxing

The front desk staff could benefit from additional customer service training. My daughter sustained a laceration on her head from a towel rack that detached from the wall due to a missing screw. When I reported the incident to the staff, there was a noticeable lack of concern—they didn’t even ask which room it occurred in.
