Power was out went to get a room they had 1 with two beds for 384 dollars price gouging should be a crime.
Due to a spring blizzard, we have been without power for several days. On the third day we decided to get a hotel room. We went to Holiday Inn Express - I checked their rates the day before and it was $104/night. It was 9:00 am and we were told it was $144/night, but we couldn't check in until 3:00 pm. They had lost power, too, but it was restored, and they had no overnight customers to clean after. I stay at Holiday Inn Express because I know what to expect, and it’s has met my expectations
The floor in our room was sticky. At first I thought it was dried ice cream, so I wiped it up. But then it seemed like glue was seeping up thru the cracks.
This is our go to Hotel when visiting our son at Midland. Great staff, rooms have always been been clean and breakfast is the morning is the morning is decent.
