The pool is really dirty hallways are very hot and stuffy and very expensive
I usually love holiday in but this time my only issue was the smell of the bed sheets. Had a weird smell but that's it. Service great
Terrible hotel Terrible customer service My room had mold everywhere and a bad smell (as did the hallway). Of course I checked out early. I was told by an employee they knew it was a problem, and that I would be refunded for that night. Unfortunately, the manager refused to give me a refund because I didn’t give a 24 hour advance notice — not sure how I could have anticipated the mold lol. I would definitely not recommend them.
Would give 3 stars if it weren't for the two roaches & a brown recluse in my room. The internet was inconsistent and breakfast was limited in the beginning but progressively got better throughout the week. I travel 50% so i stay in many hotels & IHG is always my first choice. Appliances worked well, A/C kept cool, Bed was comfortable.
The lady's at front desks is very helpful. Very clean and friendly place. Over charged.will take money quickly,but take thier time giving back
