The late night desk jockey in the vest was very rude to everyone in our party. He gave us a hard time after we tried complying with what he asked of us. Not sure he actually wanted to do his job or make it easy for himself and kick us all out so he could coast the rest of the night. I saw a few people argue with him prior to this since he was being so unreasonable with the guests. Didn’t even know these people but we shared the same experience tonight.
Excellent hotel, as its comfortable, lots of amenities, good location, and a solid value for the guests!
It was a beautiful 2 week stay. The most impressive part was waking up to Easter and having a small Easter bag beside your door. That meant a lot to me. “A little bit goes a long way!” That was an extremely nice gesture. Thank you.
