Oct. 3, 2025 We were greeted by a non smiling clerk at check in. She made inappropriate comments about if you can't walk too far, her mother uses a Walker?? The room was musty and smelled damp. I cleaned out the filters from the A/C unit and brought the dirt to front desk. My family are world travelers and Diamond members and compared to other IHG hotels, this was the worst.
