Easy to find with good signage. Good on-site car park. A very friendly greeting and easy check-in. This is a franchised site and the owners have spent money on refurbishing the rooms. Lovely big, comfy bed. Good pillows. Plenty of power points and USB ports. A good shower. Breakfast is your usual US help yourself with lots of plastic and packaging. But it does the job. At the risk of being repetitive, the front desk staff are fantastic, so very helpful.

Generally I had a pleasant stay at this location. Breakfast was solid and I had great interactions with the staff. The elevator is a bit slow so we did take the stairs most of the time but it wasn't too bad. The rooms were also generally clean though there was a smoke smell in one of them when we first arrived. We notified the staff and they changed our room immediately so I really appreciated that service. Overall I'd recommend. This hotel served its intended basic purpose - a placed to stay for one night in Columbus. Personally, this is the lowest level of hotel I would stay it. The room appeared clean, although throughout the entire hotel, room and lobby... the smell of cleaning chemicals was very strong. The room smelled like bleach, but did appear clean. There was a trash bag left outside our room for hours. The elevator was slow. The room was dated and carpet was worn. The bed was average - not terribly comfortable.
