Hello! Holiday Inn Shuttle Driver Argon drove me after an unexpectedly late flight arrival at ORD. The dawn arrival, comp’d by the airline for a different Holiday Inn, resulted in Argon’s kind assistance with Shuttle service while at ORD. He refused my tip. Compassionate about serving others, Shuttle Driver Argon deserves a promotion, with pay. Thank you.—
Checked in late at night Mr Khan was there. Perhaps thr most cheerful and polite guy ive met after going through 14 hours journey. Great staff and great food. Great hotel tops any hilton for. A decent price.
Been trying to get in contact to book a room no one answers the phone.
Highly recommend this affordable, clean, and convenient hotel. Check in was very smooth and staff were quick and helpful, no unnecessary explanations about how to open my door! Also, the restaurant in the hotel was delicious. I’ll come back for sure!
I stayed here for nine days on a work trip, superb location if you don’t mind a little noise, and I enjoyed being able to watch planes land from my window. Service was amazing.
