I don’t usually leave reviews, and we have stayed in many a Holiday Inn Express in other locations so I had an idea of the experience to expect, but our experience here was so disappointing that I felt compelled to put out a few disclaimers to those who might be considering a stay. First, the website said check in at 3pm and check out at noon, but when we got here we found out that check in is at 4 and check out is at 11, so we were apparently there an hour early.
