Spacious rooms, breakfast buffet, heated pool, hot tub, comfortable beds!
Had a decent stay at the Holiday Inn in Branson during spring break! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the breakfast servers who made each morning so enjoyable. However, we did encounter some issues with our room. Our kids developed upper respiratory symptoms, and we noticed what appeared to be dust and potentially mold on the ceiling. This hotel was extraordinarily patient, friendly, kind, hard working, willing to find a solution quickly, and treated my entire family with joy and respect. The hotel was clean, the exercise room was perfect, everything worked, the breakfast room was a delight and the staff kept up with all the needs every morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The staff at this hotel are very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times with my family and it is always extremely clean. The breakfast area was very busy on the weekend, but there were staff constantly cleaning and resupying the food. The indoor saltwater pool is big and clean. I even booked my stay for the wrong date and the manager was great at check in to get things changed and worked out without any problems. We will stay here again!
