DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! They cancelled on us last minute twice, offered no compassion or compensation for the inconvenience either. Customer service was terrible, basically said sucks to be you and offered to "help" book a new room else where at a higher last minute rate. The 800 number customer service claimed they didn't know why the room was cancelled and then offered to rebook the exact same room at a higher rate. Not the greatest experience. We had planned to stay somewhere else but they had plumbing issues so we came here to the Holiday Inn. First we couldn’t get into our room because of the door lock. which was not the staffs fault. He offered for us to keep the room but come get him everytime we needed in. We declined so they gave us a new room. The room smelled so so musky. I had to go buy allergy pills. The staff was not super friendly. The hotel cancelled my stay last minute due to water issues. They did not offer me any alternate accommodations. I booked at another Holiday Inn in the area that charged more per night and their pool was closed. Overall a disappointing experience with Holiday Inn/IHG.
