***Updated review*** We enjoyed our stay the last few times we stayed here. Different management, better experience! *** old review***Wow.!!! I am shocked that IHG Holiday Inn Express is doing absolutely nothing about the poor management this hotel has. It was a nice hotel a while back but the newer management is terrible! I would give zero stars if I could. I'm not sure this should reflect the staff at this particular hotel or the IHG One Rewards folks or both. I called to make my reservation the 4th week in July to stay the second week of August. Not once was I told the hotel was having any issues with their water. They made my reservation, had me sent over to listen to an IHG Rewards person about buying a timeshare blah blah blah. I thought all was good.
