We stayed at this hotel to deal with a family health emergency and the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Michelle. The facility was great as well, everything was nice and clean. The location was very conscientious as well. There was some remodeling going at the time, but the rooms were so quiet that we never would have known if nobody told us.
Clean, pleasant, right off the highway. Kids loved the pool and pancakes at breakfast!
So, that’s a photo of a bedbug we caught in a ziplock bag while staying here in October 2025. Thank god my husband was up late enough to see something crawling on the pillow at midnight! The hotel first tried to move us to a room just a few doors down. We asked to be moved to a room on a different floor, and we’re told that we would be given an up charge since those were the king beds.
