This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked two rooms 26 days in advance, only to arrive at 11 PM and be told they didn’t have our rooms available. The explanation was that basketball teams had been staying there and rooms were being shuffled due to damage, which is completely unacceptable for a confirmed reservation. We will definitely come back to this hotel!! Everything was fresh & clean. Very attentive crew that takes great pride in hosting guests at their hotel. Very good breakfast, too!
