During our initial night, we noticed crumbs on the carpet next to the bed and hair (not ours) on the floor in the bathroom. We asked the front desk and they stated they will have the room deep cleaned. We came back and noticed the bed was made and the hair in the bathroom was gone. However the crumbs were still on the carpet in the same spot, a wrapper was placed on the end table and hair was on the sheets just below the pillow! Further look, found cobwebs in most corners. The staff were super nice and the room was clean. We ran out of body wash and they brought us a new bottle right away. The rooms are paper thin--we could hear the traffic outside and folks using the ice machine inside, but not a major issue for us. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Would stay again

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express Asheville. From the moment we walked in, on Sunday 21/25 the reception staff made me feel right at home, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless and smelled fresh.
