Two "complaints". Pool was cold 🥶, and the livingroom in the suite is SUPER dim. Two small lights are the only lighting source Front desk was friendly and she was super great. Breakfast was plentiful.
We stayed here 1 night. It is about 20 minutes driving distance to Mars Hill University on and off the highway. The facility is clean. No issue with check-in and out process. Parking is plenty. It is close to all kinds of restaurants. Breakfast is decent and similar to other locations. We will stay here again when we go to Mars Hill again
Very clean hotel! Had a couple issues with minor things in our room but no big deal.Asked for a trash can but never got it. Door didn't latch correctly, but was repaired quickly. Shelf innthe closet wasn't completely secured to the wall on one side. Gentlemen at the front deskntoday made a not of it.Courteous and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location. Not far from restaurants, shopping, and the Biltmore. We were there on a Thursday and left on a Saturday. Diane (I believe was her name- she was in the breakfast area) was very hospitable. My only complaint, if I had to have one was that the noise level in the morning (sounded like garbage compacted) woke me out of a sound sleep otherwise mornings. I will be staying here, again, in the future.
