The blonde lady who works the desk; hates the world. She is rude and just wants to sit and not take care of customers. 3 out of 4 days she was there and rolled her eyes when we came to check in, when I went to ask for more towels she attitude was disgusted and when I wanted to extend my stay she wasn’t at the desk for more then 15/20 minutes. She ruined my experience.

Run down property , with failed Television in guest rooms , constantly not working . Dangerous bar behind property , with no Security detail . Would not recommend this location . Some employees have bad attitudes , and whatever you tell them , goes in one ear & out the other

The rooms were alright. Clean and beds were comfy. But the room service is a nightmare. I asked the manager Alyssa twice today to send room service. Since we been here 3 nights now. Dirty wet towels trash full. If im paying $140 plus tax a night I would hope the service is much better. How can u say we were busy two days in a row with cleaning check outs. This is not okay!!! Also the bar across the street has concerts and large TV screen. U can hear the music because u sleep across from an out door bar.
