The employees are awesome. The accessible room wore me out
Near my conference. Comfortable beds, but could have been cleaner. One year later. There for another work conference. Room was clean this time but my fridge barely got cold & I was on the ground floor, room 215 & my window no longer had a latch on it. Told the girl at the desk who didn't do anything. Ended up sticking a hanger in the track to prevent anyone from opening the window from the outside.
This place is very luxurious. And very reasonably priced. Very good experience here. The personnel that work here are very nice. And their resident engineer, Joe let me and my family have extra time in the pool because we got in late and they usually close the pool around that time, I really appreciated that. Joe was an excellent guy! I'll definitely be coming back here.
