The rooms were clean, but dated. It had a window, but no view. All you could see is the roof over the convention center. The room had a TV, but no channels. You could link your e device. The staff was nice enough.

Great experience with this place
Had a 3 night stay and housekeeping never came even after multiple requests. When we begged for towels and coffee they piled them on the unmade bed instead of placing them in the the appropriate places. Pieces of floor tile were loose and slipped out of place when stepped on. Toilet ran constantly. Food was meh. The best thing they have is the wonderful, friendly and courteous gentlemen that greets you and takes your payment when you go to breakfast. They need to give him a raise.
The rooms I’ve stayed in were nice, they were clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable, there were ample towels and amenities provided, and the staff was always extremely polite and helpful. The tv channels are a bit odd, so make sure to get the channel guide at the front desk when you check in. On the 5th floor my room seemed to have been recently renovated and was very nice.
