As an event planner, I deal a lot with different hotels. This one is the best so far. Teresa was very responsive to all my emails and kept our room block open after the deadline. Our attendees enjoyed the hotel so much that when I was back in the area this month, I booked a few rooms and stayed there myself. They accommodated our early check in and late check out so our small staff team could use a suite to meet in. Very nice place, and it's easy to get to from the freeway. Place seemed fairly new, Restaurant was excellent
Roomservice was terrible. Called for service. They were busy and NEVER called us back. Finally had to go down to the restaurant and order to be sent to our room.
