The resort is nice, but the WiFi is really poor. 😏
Check in was terrible. Got there late and had to use a phone outside to get a hold of someone. Took them forever to show up as nobody was in the office. Had to go back the next morning to complete checkin where I was told I have to pay a resort fee that I knew nothing about. The paper said call of late checkout which I did and they told me I called to late and that they only allow 3 a day and already had 5 on the list. Won't be coming back here.
Went there for a mini vacation. Definitely had a great time!! The villa we stayed in was OUT OF SIGHT with great view. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and professional. We absolutely love this resort and will return again and often.
