We are owners at Holiday Inn vacations, last week we stayed at the New Orleans location and were less than impressed about the service we received and the 2 room villa we stayed in. 1. Call prior to arriving for early check in, the front desk lady was rude and forgot about us even though we arrived at 1:30pm, did not get our room until 4:30pm (my wife over heard the front lady tell her coworker she totally forgot us) 2. When I first arrived I was mislead on parking prices. Olivia told me since I booked with Expedia I could get a refund for over 200 on parking. I said ok. She booked me for a time share presentation without telling me it was a time share meeting. I did not accept their time share. She later told me if I needed any booking to let her know. Went down asking for 2 diff bookings. First, swamp tour, got booked May 8, 2 wks after we left. 2nd She said she would email someone about WW2 tickets and to come back tomorrow.
