The location is great and the room was very clean and spacious. Mrs. Sue is one of the nicest and most helpful employee at this hotel. I never received a call or text when the room was ready. I was never informed that I had to talk to "concierge" aka sales people to get my room key. I was charged a $50 tour fee althought the sales people said I would not be charged and the email showed $0. I had to keep calling the hotel and tour desk to remove this fee (going in loops).
