I canceled the reservation before the 24 hour no cancellation window. I was charged full price for the room anyway. When I called rhe hotel to demand a refund the front desk person, Caroline, was rude. Ar first she was ok, then proceeded to get ruder and ruder because I refused to take NO for an answer.
