This hotel is not a Holiday Inn. It's located in a warehouse/industrial area, basically safer than downtown. The outside needs maintenance, ie mowing the lawn, weed eating, clean up the flowerbed, and wash the windows (any company should show pride in their business by making sure this is done regularly). Once you get inside, it's dated and could use some floor trim repair. The pool doesn't work and used as storage (my grandkids were very disappointed). The hotel is in very poor condition overall. If not for a free night from united airlines I would never have stayed here. No breakfast and torn up
Had to stay in chicago because I missed my connecting flight. Once again because of Chicago ohair airport. They put me up in this hotel. Room smells musty. Ok. 1 night I can deal with it. Tried to log onto the wifi and it was only working in the lobby. I was told it's been out for 2 weeks. Ridiculous.
This is the worst hotel i ever stayed. Do yourself A favour and do not stay in this hotel the hotel is 50 miles away at least from the airport. Transfer service absolutely awful. They’re telling you they coming to pick you up. Transfer never comes in the morning. There’s only seven people can’t fit in the transfer and you have to sign up, but they don’t tell you when you’re calling the hotel to get held the front desk. I have never been told, at a hotel, to "come down and get it" when asking for basics that should have been there in the first place. Shower was broken, luckily we had another room. Pool was closed, breakfast was laughable and disgusting - see photos. The biggest issue I had was, I called before we took off to reserve a time for the shuttle. We have 6 people in our party.
