Our wait to check in was minimal. We received our keys & headed to our room. One of the two keys did not work. We were able to get a new key without any issues. Our room was not swept, as there was various debris on the floor. King size bed seemed small, but I didn’t measure it. My husband is 6’3” & his feet hung over the edge. They don’t typically do that in a king bed. There were crumbs on one side of the bed on sheets. So I stayed there not the cleanest place . Got bit by something most likely bed bugs call the hotel they would not return my calls They said they check room out and let me know never call me back so guess what very unprofessional The shuttle was good on Friday and Sat but Monday what a joke people pushing others to get on so we just took uber extra money I did not plan to spend Clothes I have not taken out my car because I scared I m going bugs in my house. Great experience! Great service! Received text messages several times each day to check in that we were having a good stay! Location perfect & free! Free shuttle as well & easy to Uber if needed! Rooftop restaurant awesome as well!
Pros: Amazing location, awesome sunset views, fair price, amazing pillows (not the cheap one’s most hotels use), helpful staff. Cons: Sink was broken (they fixed it upon request though), needs a fresh coat of paint, parking lot was not lit at all during nighttime, pool was closed (didn’t say that when booking), bed was small, shower tub was slippery (I fell). Overall rating: 3.6
