DO NOT STAY HERE. I rarely leave reviews, but this was really bad, especially considering the price. It feels like this hotel knows guests have limited options in the area and has stopped investing in even basic maintenance and cleanliness. One elevator was out of service, leaving guests to rely on a single elevator that routinely required waits and often couldn’t fit everyone in line. Stayed for two nights while attending a wedding in the city. After a long day of travel, we arrived at our room around 11 PM and found bugs in the room (photos attached). I went to the front desk to request a different room, but was told they were unable to accommodate us. Instead, they said maintenance would come “within 10 minutes” to spray the room. Awesome hotel. Great location. Nice that they offer a free shuttle to downtown. Restaurant is nice. Food is average but convenient. All the staff was great. Bed was most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
